For Organizations
Now more than ever, teams are the units that organizations depend on to achieve their objectives. The transition towards a global work environment requires cross-functional teams to work together by learning team dynamics, bridging conflicting interests, benefiting from team diversity, and being able to manage collective accountability. To manage effective collaborations, it is essential to understand what makes teams effective and what characteristics separate the successful from the failing ones, hence increasing their efficacy in leading and creating an environment for collaborative teams to thrive.
Vine Communities is the first experiential learning center focused on resilience as a core concept and as a skill to be taught. We define resilience as building the mind, body, and spirit of individuals, preparing them to handle potential adversities effectively. We also focus on helping teams within companies learn to become resilient as a single unit that can work under pressure and function fully in a dynamic and changing world.
Sustainable Team-Building Activities are focused activities that enable teams to build resilience quickly. By choosing one of the activities below, team members join forces to learn a skill and achieve a specific outcome. In the process, they endure challenges and are forced to communicate clearly, overcome conflict, and make strategic decisions on the spot.

“Culture is how organizations ‘do things’.” — Robbie Katanga
Organizational culture is defined as the underlying shared:
Attitudes, beliefs, customs and norms, written and unwritten rules developed over time. Culture also includes assumptions, common language, organizational vision, values, and ways of interacting that contribute to the unique social and psychological environment of an organization.
Culture is the environment in which teams operate and function, so it is essential for organizations and teams to be able to reflect and assess their organizational culture As Is State while consciously working toward building a new height to enable high-performing teams.
In this inclusive and dynamic program, Vine Communities will facilitate a meticulously designed long-term project (4-6 months) for teams to cultivate the power of the practice of community building within the organization so that individuals leave their comfort zones and move away from individual competition and work silos and engage in cross-team collaboration and begin to function as a real coherent community within the workplace.
Organizations can select one or more teams required to build to the next level of their performance.
The program includes the following components:
Facilitated sessions enable companies to focus on a specific issue that they must solve in the immediate future and work on finding solutions.
Sessions may also focus on finding new ideas for a new product line or campaign they'd like to run.
The team will get in the room with an experienced facilitator to tackle a workplace problem or generate new ideas.
The facilitator's role is to take the team through a specific sequence of exercises to move them from a state of uncertainty to excitement about taking action to achieve the desired outcome. Sometimes, teams need more than one session to achieve their goal.
Number of Participants: 12 Max
